Some receptionists’ command of English is not good. Then, those young girls and boys cannot give proper instructions to the guests when necessary, which caused problems for other guests. One Chinese woman ate food inside of the cabin bed and stored in a transparent plastic bag underneath her bed everyday, which clearly showing banana peers and others. If she stays this place only for two nights, it’s manageable. But until she finds a reasonably cheap flight ticket under the Coronavirus lockdown period, her personal bin bag looked horrible and smelled bad. Disgusting and not hygienic. But some young Japanese staff were not able to say anything. Another Romanian girl talked with a speaker phone on in talking with her family, her boyfriend and others. It was annoyingly loud, long and inconsiderate. As long as she spoke in English, orhers understood what she was talking. Even she was pointed out not to put her speaker phone on, she still continued to talk in that way everyday until her leave. Bad manner. The staff need to ensure those bad manners to be improved for other guests who are afraid of confrontation and who do not speak English.

Everything was perfect, great friendly staff, perfect place, close to everything, very cheap price

i choose this hostel for onsen, but you must pay 500yen....:(
